Aramid Honeycomb For Industrial Use With Excellent Environmental Resistance
1. Descriptions:
Manufacturing technology of aramid honeycomb core:
Paper stacking process: fold each layer of the aramid paper, and the spacing distance between two adjacent folds of the folded aramid paper is equal.
Gluing process: each layer of aramid paper is glued at intervals according to creases to form adhesive strips. In the extension direction perpendicular to the adhesive strips, the width of the adhesive strips is half of the spacing distance between two adjacent adhesive strips.
The multi-layer aramid paper coated with adhesive strips is stacked in staggered layers in turn, and the adhesive strips of two adjacent aramid papers are all overlapped.
Hot pressing process: hot pressing the glued multi-layer aramid paper to prepare honeycomb laminate.
Stretching and shaping process: the honeycomb laminated plate is stretched after soaking in water. When the honeycomb cell reaches the size required by the process, the stretched aramid paper honeycomb core blank is put into the oven for shaping.
